Under One Roof provides a platform for tenants to submit satisfaction surveys and reviews about housing organisations, and for housing organisations to manage their profiles and survey data.

Housing organisations may register for accounts to access additional features. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Membership and Subscriptions

We offer Trial, Standard, Premium, and Enterprise membership tiers for housing organisations. Membership terms, features, and pricing are agreed upon individually with each organisation.

5. User Content and Reviews

By submitting reviews or survey responses, you grant us the right to display, store, and use this content. You agree that:

• Your submissions are truthful and accurate
• You will not submit offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content
• We may moderate, edit, or remove content that violates these terms
