Outcome Metrics
- TP01 — Overall Satisfaction
- TP02 — Repairs Satisfaction
- TP04 — Home Maintained Satisfaction
Correlation Matrix
For each spend–outcome pair, the Pearson correlation coefficient is calculated across all organisations with valid data (minimum 5 required). Values range from −1 to +1:
- Positive (green) — higher spend associated with better outcomes
- Negative (red) — higher spend associated with worse outcomes
- Near zero — no linear relationship
Impact Ranking
Spend categories ranked by their correlation with TP01 specifically. Shows which investment types have the strongest link to overall satisfaction.
Efficiency Classification
- Efficient — TP01 above sector average AND total spend per unit below average
- Inefficient — TP01 below sector average AND total spend per unit above average
- Average — all other organisations
