How cases were detected. "Reported" means the tenant ticked a hazard in the survey checklist. "AI-Detected" means the AI identified a potential hazard from a free-text comment.

Distribution of AI-assigned risk scores across all cases. High risk cases should be prioritised for investigation within Awaab's Law timeframes.
